About

I'm a Cloud Engineer passionate about building secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure. With hands-on experience in AWS services, infrastructure as code, DevOps tools, and cloud security best practices, I help businesses migrate, manage, and optimize their cloud environments. I’ve worked on real-world projects involving secure EC2 deployments, EBS encryption, IAM access controls, AWS Config compliance monitoring, and automated cloud workflows. My goal is to ensure that every solution I build is aligned with best practices for performance, security, and resilience. Whether you're a company looking to strengthen your cloud posture or a team needing hands-on support with cloud projects. I’m ready to contribute value.

Medicare Hospital

Cloud Engineer/Web Developer

August 2025 - Present

Created a VPC with public and private subnets spread across two Availability Zones for high availability -Set up internet gateways, route tables, and NACLs for safe public access. -Used Ubuntu CLI to launch an EC2 instance, - Installed NGINX and Git, and hosted a live hospital website. -Namecheap DNS for domain routing and HTTPS for a secure website. -Applied inbound and outbound rules at both security group and security NACLs In order to limit unwanted traffic. -used DNS Checker to be sure the website url is done properly and populated >

AWS Cloud Security Specialist

August 2025 - Till Present

I implemented AWS Config to monitor and enforce compliance across critical cloud resources in a simulated AWS environment. The goal was to detect misconfigurations and ensure adherence to security best practices. i’m maintaining a secure and audit-ready cloud environment through continuous monitoring, rule-based evaluation, and prompt detection of configuration drifts. Key configurations monitored: - EBS Volume Encryption: Used the -encrypted-volumes` rule to detect unencrypted EBS volumes. I launched EC2 instances with both encrypted and unencrypted volumes, then remediated the non-compliant ones using encrypted snapshots. - S3 Public Access Blocking: Created an S3 bucket with public read access, then applied the `s3-bucket-public-read-prohibited` rule to detect and flag public exposure. Ensured compliance by adjusting bucket policies and public access settings. - IMDSv2 Enforcement for EC2: Tested the `ec2-launch-template-imdsv2-check` rule by launching EC2 instances from a launch template that allowed IMDSv1. Updated the template to require IMDSv2, making instances compliant. - IAM Root Account MFA: Enabled the `root-account-mfa-enabled` rule to ensure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) was active on the root account to reduce unauthorized access risk.
